These terms govern your use of Mami Bloom, operated by Devvat. By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.
Plans and payment
- Free plan: $0, no payment required.
- Basic plan: $39.99, a single one-time payment covering your entire pregnancy. This is not a recurring subscription — you are charged once.
- Premium plan: $69.99, a single one-time payment covering your entire pregnancy. This is not a recurring subscription — you are charged once.
Prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Shopify.
Your account
You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep your login credentials secure. You're responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Mami Bloom — including attempting to access other users' data, reverse-engineering the service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

All content on Mami Bloom is for general lifestyle, educational, and organizational purposes only. It is not medical advice. See our Medical Disclaimer for full details.
Refunds
Because Basic and Premium plans unlock full access to personalized content immediately upon purchase, plan purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at info@mamibloom.com.
Changes to the service
We may update, add to, or occasionally remove features of Mami Bloom. We'll make reasonable efforts to keep the core experience you paid for intact through your pregnancy.
Limitation of liability
Mami Bloom is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devvat is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
